The quiet collection of practices

This page is the starting point for every method on the site. It answers one question: which practice do you need right now? The methods below are not a curriculum. They are quiet practices rooted in old patterns, offered without pressure. You don’t need to do them in order, and you don’t need to believe anything. You just need to notice where you are and pick one that feels right. One is enough to begin.

How to choose

Each method fits a particular moment. If you feel scattered, exhausted, or stuck, start with the Three Sacred Treasures. If your mind is racing and nothing you try moves, start with Effortless Action. If a decision feels heavy, take it through the Wisdom Reactor. If the question is about timing, place the work with the Daily Qi Calendar. If you want to see the whole pattern before you act, begin with the Three Powers.

The foundation: Three Sacred Treasures

Jing, Qi, and Shen are the three layers the whole practice works on. When life drains you, it usually hits one of three places: your spirit (Shen), your energy (Jing), or your flow (Qi). When you are stuck, the blockage appears first in the Shen, so the method works in the healing order — clear the spirit, strengthen the foundation, let the energy flow — with one small action for each. Where to go next

The Glossary keeps the terms, mantras, mudras, and symbols the methods use. The Daily Qi Calendar marks the favorable hours and directions for the work itself. And from time to time a new parable appears in the blog — each one a small demonstration of what these methods point to.

The short version

Pick one method that matches where you are today. Scattered or drained — Three Sacred Treasures. Racing mind — Effortless Action. Heavy decision — the Wisdom Reactor. A timing question — the Daily Qi Calendar. There is no right order, and you don’t need to believe anything. One method, tried today, is enough to begin.
